Die Krebse werden hier an Land gereust, der Pfeffer kommt auch aus der N\u00e4he und gilt als exeptionell. Ergibt zusammen ein gutes Gericht. Wir hatten heute Abend viel Pepper Craps und haben gut rumgesaut. Davor kurz \u00fcber den Crab Market. Heute abend haben wir auch unsere drei kambodschanischen Jungs verabschiedet. Unseren Begleiter Pry, der demn\u00e4chst zum ersten mal Vater wird, den lustigen Fahrer Jin, genannt Dragon, und Am, der immer sehr elegant aussieht. Super Team! Hier spielen sie Volleyball. Pry zeigt au\u00dferdem unsere gesammelten Dosenverschl\u00fcsse her, das hat uns n\u00e4mlich gut gefallen: bei Angkor und bei Anchor rei\u00dft man die Dose auf und untersucht den Verschluss nach Gewinnen, meistens Freibier, es soll aber auch mehr drin sein. Elfie und Doris hatten es mit dem Magen, die sind f\u00fcr heute ausgefallen, aber scheint schon wieder besser zu gehen. Die Landschaft war toll. Wir haben uns eine Saline angeschaut, danach eine Pfefferplantage &#8211; Kampot gilt als die Pfefferhauptstadt von S\u00fcdostasien. Dort hatten wir eine lustige F\u00fchrung, der Mann hie\u00df Arun, ist Franzose und hat seinen Spa\u00df an diesem hinterletzten Fleck. Alles organic, handbearbeitet und handverlesen, der gr\u00fcne Pfeffer wird manchmal zum roten, getrocknet zum schwarzen, wenn man den in Salzwasser abkocht und sch\u00e4lt, dann zum wei\u00dfen Pfeffer. Jetzt wissen wir Bescheid. Heute ist \u00fcbrigens auch Bergfest, die H\u00e4lfte ist schon rum, sch\u00f6n war&#8217;s bis jetzt.
