Hart und hei\u00df, lange Radtage, die zwar immer f\u00fcr die Herausforderungen entsch\u00e4digt aber eben auch ausgezehrt haben. Immerhin habe ich ja noch 25 Kilo Gep\u00e4ck die Berge hinaufzustrampelt &#8211; eine B\u00fcrde, die unsere Gruppen nat\u00fcrlich bequem ins Begleitfahrzeug abschiebt. Gut so &#8211; aber f\u00fcr mich f\u00fcr den Moment in den steilsten Anstiegen ein echtes Problem.<\/p>\n<p>Wie auch immer: Ein Ruhetag ist angesagt, und daf\u00fcr ist Pangandaran bestens geeignet. Eine kleine, fast verschlafene Stadt, in der Tretmobile mit K\u00e4feraufbau DIE Touristenattraktion sind. Na gut, der Strand ist das eigentlich Ziel der Besucher, und das mit recht. Sauber, weitl\u00e4ufig, sch\u00f6n leer. Indonesische Kinder reiten auf Pferden, Backpacker genie\u00dfen das Bintan Bier mit frisch gegrillten Meeresfr\u00fcchten und ich lasse die m\u00fcden Glieder h\u00e4ngen. <\/p>\n<p>Ein Tag in
